Wayne Austin, ARM, AIM

Wayne recently retired (after 23 years) from a national TPA firm where he served as their corporate risk manager, was once responsible for monitoring the quality assurance of their offices across the country and served in other capacities as a property/casualty claim executive.

He started his career in claims with a large commercial insurance company, where he rapidly progressed through the ranks of staff claim adjuster to become a regional manager.

Wayne has a B.S. degree in finance from the University of Tennessee. He earned the Associate in Risk Management “ARM” and Associate in Insurance Management “AIM” designations from the Insurance Institute of America. He is a licensed Property & Casualty Claim Adjuster in the State of Georgia.
